Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Property Red Flags is a service of TimeAI (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Zhanna Viktorovna Vidmayer. It sells a single product: an informational due-diligence report about publicly documented risks around one US residential address. This policy explains what personal information we handle on https://propertyredflag.timeai.ai (the “Site”) and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Email address — to deliver your receipt, report link and any coverage or checkout notifications you request.
  • Property address you check — to standardize it against official records and generate the report. Note: an address you search is not treated as your home address; we don’t know your relationship to it.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider once payments launch. We receive only a confirmation of payment and never see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookie identifiers collected automatically to keep the Site secure and functioning. See our Cookie Notice.
  • Support correspondence — anything you send us with “Report an issue” or by email, including attachments you choose to provide.

We do not collect biometric data or any special categories of personal information.

3. How we use information

  • to generate, deliver and store the report you purchased;
  • to process payments and prevent fraud (via the payment provider);
  • to answer support requests and investigate reported data issues;
  • to send the notifications you explicitly asked for (coverage or checkout availability);
  • to operate, secure and improve the Site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We send no marketing email unless you explicitly asked to be notified about a specific thing.

4. Sharing

The property address (as coordinates or a text query) is sent to public government data services — such as the US Census Bureau geocoder, FEMA, EPA, USGS, USFWS and USDA Forest Service APIs — to retrieve the public records your report is built from. Your email and identity are never included in those queries.

Order details necessary to process a transaction are shared with our payment provider when payments launch. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) process data on our behalf under standard data-protection terms. We disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention and security

Reports and order records are kept so your purchased report stays available; support records are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue. Access to production data is restricted, and connections are protected with TLS. Reports are reachable only via unique private links; a share link you create is read-only and can be revoked by you at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), you may have the right to know, correct and delete personal information we hold about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Since we neither sell nor share personal information for advertising, no opt-out is needed.

To exercise any right — including full deletion of your report and email (PRD: “Delete my report”) — write to info@timeai.ai from the email used at purchase. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep specific records; share links stop working as part of deletion.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
