Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Property Red Flags report on https://propertyredflag.timeai.ai (the “Service”). The Service is operated by TimeAI — Individual Entrepreneur Zhanna Viktorovna Vidmayer (the “Operator”, “we”). By paying for a report you accept these Terms in full.
2. The product
The Service sells a single product: the Full Property Red Flags Report — an informational due-diligence document about one confirmed US residential address, compiled automatically from public government data sources (including FEMA, EPA, USGS, USFWS, USDA Forest Service and the US Census Bureau). One purchase includes the interactive web report, a PDF version, a revocable read-only share link, email delivery, and one free data refresh within 30 days of purchase. No subscription is created and no recurring charges apply.
3. What the report is not
The report is an informational and analytical document. It is not a home inspection, environmental site assessment (including Phase I ESA), title search, survey, appraisal, legal opinion, engineering assessment, or insurance underwriting decision, and it does not replace any of them. A “green” or clear status means only that no flag was found in the sources checked, within their declared coverage, scale and vintage — it is never a statement that a property is safe, insurable or suitable for any purpose. Recommendations in the report are due-diligence suggestions, not legal, medical, financial or insurance advice.
4. Price and payment
The price is $19 per report per address, shown before purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; the order is considered paid when the provider confirms the transaction. Card checkout may temporarily be unavailable while the provider is being connected — in that case an order is saved without any charge.
5. Delivery
The report is generated automatically, typically within minutes of payment, and delivered as a link in the current browser session and by email to the address you provided. The Service is deemed performed when the report link is delivered. If a data category cannot be retrieved, it is shown as “insufficient data” rather than omitted; if the report as a whole cannot be generated with the coverage promised at checkout, the payment is refunded automatically (see the Refund Policy).
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms: automatic full refund when we cannot generate the promised report; full refund for duplicate payments and confirmed critical errors. Because the product is digital and fully delivered upon receipt, refunds are not otherwise provided after delivery, except where required by applicable law.
7. Accuracy, sources and liability
The report reflects the content of public government databases at the moment of generation. The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data in those third-party government systems, for changes made to them after generation, or for decisions you or third parties make based on the report. Official maps have differing scales, update cycles and known gaps; the report discloses these limitations per category. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s aggregate liability in connection with any report is limited to the price paid for it.
8. Acceptable use
A report is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own real estate decision, and may be shared with parties assisting that decision (partner, agent, inspector, consultant, insurer) via the built-in sharing features or PDF. Automated bulk querying, resale or republication of reports is not permitted.
9. Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. You can request deletion of your report and email at any time.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the version at https://propertyredflag.timeai.ai/terms with the effective date above applies to new purchases from that date. Questions and disputes: start with info@timeai.ai — practically all issues are resolved there. These Terms are governed by applicable consumer-protection law of your place of residence where it mandatorily applies.
