Refund Policy

Automatic refunds — no request needed

  • We can’t deliver what we promised. If the report cannot be generated with the coverage shown at checkout for your address, the payment is refunded automatically and in full, and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Duplicate payment. If one order is charged twice, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically once detected — or immediately upon your email.

Refunds on request

  • Confirmed critical error. If a report contains a critical error on our side — for example, it was generated for the wrong property despite your correct confirmation — we refund in full after confirming the error, in addition to issuing a corrected version.

What is not refundable

Because the report is a digital product delivered in full within minutes, we do not refund delivered reports for reasons of disagreement with the official data they cite (for example, a FEMA flood zone you believe is outdated — we’ll gladly document the dispute path in the report, but we don’t control government maps), or because the findings were “all green”. A clean result is the outcome of the same paid work as a flagged one.

How to request

Email info@timeai.ai from the address used at purchase, with your report number (PRF-…). We respond within one business day; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
